Clear and transparent complaint escalation process.

Would like more forums, including Rx, to consider having clear and transparent complaint escalation processes - especially when it involves infractions/bans/etc of that nature.

It's too easy for moderators to abuse their powers, and too hard for posters to get fair/due process when they are banned - making these processes more transparent and clear will make posters feel more valued and more appreciated, instead of must another number in long list of faceless nameless users.

Thank you for your suggestion. Trust me, as much as possible we don't want to ban any users unless it's a problematic user or a forum violators, especially when they will not stop even after giving them numerous warnings.

And yes, if you have any issues with our moderators (including myself) please feel free to send an email the the RX Support . The same address I have listed in my signature below and surely our boss will going to read it.

Thank you for reply, yeah whatever the process is it's good to have that information in a FAQ or post pinned for new posters to see - then at least it reduces the authoritarian feeling that online forums often have when posters have interactions with moderators.
